AIR END REBUILDS & REMAN PROGRAM

Choosing between rebuilt and REMAN air ends for your compressor can seem like a daunting task, but only REMAN can give you confidence and peace of mind. Rebuilt air ends are repaired only to the level of failure. When choosing Sullair certified remanufacturing program, you are extending the life of your air compressor and returning it to like-new condition.

Your compressor will receive a fully remanufactured air end that features a two-year standard warranty. Once an exchange takes place, Sullair fully disassembles the air end and inspects, cleans and services all of its components. Any damaged or obsolete parts are replaced using genuine OEM parts. Extensive testing is conducted to ensure that the remanufactured air end meets the original specifications.

Lubricant is the lifeblood of your compressor. For a job this important, trust the best formula and additive package on the market. A Sullube flush conversion will help remove varnish from your compressor quickly and easily.

AIR AUDITS

Our service department uses data loggers to measure how much power (kW) your compressor system is using and uses this data to calculate an accurate energy savings report that you can easily interpret.
